The provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
jjwan Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account, your Account credentials, or any Balance to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account termination.
Accounts may only be opened and operated by natural persons acting in their own capacity. Accounts held in the name of a business, corporation, trust, or other legal entity are not permitted. Accounts operated by multiple individuals sharing a single set of credentials are also prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjwan Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
You agree to notify jjwan's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any suspected compromise of your credentials, or any suspicious activity on your Account. jjwan will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
jjwan implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all login sessions and payment transactions. However, jjwan cannot guarantee the security of your device or internet connection. You are responsible for ensuring that your own devices and network connections are adequately secured.
jjwan accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and standard interbank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjwan does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.
Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your jjwan Account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to process depending on the sending institution. jjwan is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or Pakistani banking networks.
To be eligible for withdrawal, a Player must have completed jjwan's KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within one hour of submission during standard operating hours. jjwan reserves the right to apply additional due diligence checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals to payment methods not used for a prior deposit may be subject to additional verification.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with applicable daily and monthly transaction limits, are displayed within the jjwan Account cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted periodically at jjwan's discretion and in compliance with its licence conditions.
Warning: Any deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. jjwan employs automated fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with payment providers and Pakistani banking institutions in fraud investigations.
jjwan may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all Bonus Funds awarded to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, contribution percentages, and expiry date are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from them will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed before the expiry date.
jjwan reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements, exploiting promotion terms in bad faith, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the real-money winnings generated from Bonus Funds — after satisfactory completion of all applicable wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal. If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, any outstanding Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited from the withdrawal amount.
All games available on the jjwan Platform — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, live dealer table games, and slot games — operate in accordance with the specific game rules published within each game's interface or information panel. In the event of a technical malfunction or interrupted game session, jjwan's recorded server-side game logs shall be the definitive record of game outcomes.
All casino games on jjwan use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the respective game's information panel. jjwan does not manipulate game outcomes and will not do so under any circumstances.
Note: In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and jjwan's server-side records, the server-side record shall be treated as conclusive. If you believe a game result is incorrect, please contact jjwan support with the relevant game round ID within 72 hours.
All bets placed on jjwan's sportsbook — including cricket betting markets covering PSL, Test matches, ODIs, T20 internationals, and other events — are subject to acceptance by jjwan. jjwan reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed using odds that were published in error.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond a defined period, obvious pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation or corruption, technical failure affecting odds publication, or where the integrity of an event is in doubt. Stakes on void bets are returned to the Player's Account.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to the availability of real-time data feeds and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. jjwan accepts no liability for in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined, and such bets may be voided upon review.
A maximum payout per event or per settlement period applies to all sports betting markets. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant sportsbook markets. jjwan reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjwan Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without jjwan's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjwan shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
jjwan's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jjwan Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jjwan does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, and events beyond jjwan's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
jjwan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jjwan determines at its reasonable discretion that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to jjwan, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited by jjwan. Where an Account is closed for any reason other than breach of Terms, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
You may request closure of your jjwan Account at any time by contacting jjwan's support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request will be treated with priority and processed immediately in accordance with jjwan's Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwan holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute, jjwan encourages Players to first contact the jjwan support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter through jjwan's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team upon request.
Dispute Resolution: jjwan aims to resolve all Player complaints within 72 hours of formal submission. For disputes that remain unresolved after exhausting jjwan's internal complaints procedure, Players may seek referral to the dispute resolution body specified under jjwan's applicable gaming licence.
jjwan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jjwan will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jjwan Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 14.3 above.
